You need great images for your business.  I say this all the time.  Gone are the days that you can get away with slapping a picture of you at a bar b que on your professional social media and expect that it will bring in business for you.  (Unless you are a pit boss, looking to promote your new restaurant)  People know the difference, even if you crop out your friends on either side.  

If you are in the business of needing to attract people to you as a salesperson, brand, service provider, or entrepreneur, you can't expect that old, outdated, images are going to do what you want them to anymore.  That might have been the case 10 years ago, but no longer.  There is a lot riding on your professional image and if what you are using is over two years old, it is time for an upgrade.
